Hi, my name is Steven Creech. I am an NSF postdoc (NSF-MSRFP) and Hill Assistant Professor at Rutgers University. I obtained my Ph.D. from Brown University, where I am grateful to have been advised by Jeff Hoffstein and Junehyuk Jung. My primary areas of interest are analytic number theory and AI for math. Specifically, my interests in number theory include the spectral theory of automorphic forms, L-functions, and hyperbolic geometry. My AI interests lie in the realm of formalization (and auto-formalization) of mathematics, and nuerosymbolic AI. My thesis was on quantum unique ergodicity for modular forms on cocompact Riemann surfaces arising from quaternion algebras.

I graduated in 2020 from Georgia Tech with a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics under the advisement of Matt Baker.
